Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


1. 15-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • With all tags, labels, or accessories included

Items returned after 15 days will not be eligible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimsuits, beauty items), for hygiene reasons
  • Digital products or downloads

If you aren’t sure whether an item qualifies, please email us before returning it.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at yjcorporationllc@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Our support team will review your request within 1–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will send you return instructions and a return address.

Important:

  • Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.


5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Defective items

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation before your order has been shipped.
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses
  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
  • Unclaimed packages returned to sender
